The Tedsmore Estate is situated near Oswestry in Shropshire. A privately owned English Country Estate, Tedsmore includes wonderful parkland, an extensive arboretum with some fine specimen trees and an oak avenue stretching West towards the Welsh mountains offering wonderful views.
Built in 1768 by the Bulkeley-Owen family, Tedsmore Hall is the centre of the Estate that includes the Tedsmore Estate Farm, Tedsmore Racing Stables and one of the largest 'N' gauge railways in the United Kingdom.
The Tedsmore Estate Farm includes the Tedsmore Pedigree Hereford herd, Red Deer herd and Outdoor reared sheep flock. The livestock, although not organic, are raised on the parkland surrounding the hall in an extensive traditional farming system.
With nearly 100 of the 400 acres of the Tedsmore Estate made up of woodland, Tedsmore Estate always has a regular supply of hard and soft woods. We keep all straight tree trunks that are felled and log or chip all other wood - logs and woodchip always available.
