STABLING

Stabling includes 37 Lodden Boxes in a purpose built (2001) barn and 12 further stables in a traditional stable block. All Stables include fitted rubber matting on the floor

INDOOR ARENA

Housed within the stable block building, the indoor arena uses Equestrian Surfaces Cushion Track Premier surface. The arena also includes a viewing gallery for owners to spectate from.

HORSE WALKER

The facilities include a 6 horse Monarch horse walker complete with roof and lighting to allow all-weather use.

EQUINE POOL

Completed in July 2008, the 45m (25m swim lane) equine pool includes a swim jet system for training and rehabilitation of horses. Housed inside it's own dedicated barn, the pool will be available for use throughout the year.

ALL WEATHER GALLOP

Completed in Spring 2008, the 4 furlong all-weather gallop uses a Cushion Track Premier surface. Uphill all the way, allowing horses to run at full pace for the entire length if required. Tedsmore Estate will also provide a maintenance service for the gallop including harrowing daily if require

ACCOMMODATION

Within the curtilage of the Stables sits the 3 bedroom Garden Cottage suitable for a Stable Manager or trainer. Accommodation for a further 3/4 staff members is also available on site.

Access to the stables is via wrought iron electric gates and the yard is monitored by comprehensive CCTV that is recorded 24hours a day.

The yard has until recently (under the previous trainer) been licensed by the Jockey Club and meets the Jockey Club's requirements.
